Canopus Procoder 2.0 For Mac

I'm getting interlacing issues with using Procoder and wonder if someone could tell what the correct settings are. I'm on PAL and exporting a Quicktime Ref file from Avid Xpro HD 5.2.2. I've tried the following and had interlace issues on all 4 options. SOURCE: lower TARGET lower SOURCE: lower TARGET upper SOURCE: upper TARGET upper SOURCE upper TARGET lower There are no other options as far as I can see and i don't seem to have any flexibility in outputting from Avid, so one of these must be correct. Am I missing something guys? Incidentally when I encode using CCE Basic, no Interlacing issues. Hi, using Quicktime 6.5 I think definitely not 7.

I was under the impression DV25 420 was lower field first but MPEG2 was upper field first. But again with these settings I get interlacing issues. I'll try exporting Quicktime Movie instead see if that works, but kind of doesn't answer the problem.
